Piña Colada Cake

1 package (18 1/4 to 18 1/2 ounces) yellow cake mix
1/2 cup water
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tablespoon McCormick® Imitation Coconut ExtractRecipe
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl with an electric mixer at low speed until moistened. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
2. Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt or tube pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
