    For a cake of about 720 g (1 3/4 lb):
    - 3 eggs
    - 180 g (7 oz) sugar
    - 180 g (7 oz) flour
    - 180 g (7 oz) melted butter
    - 1/2 sachet of baking powder
    - a pinch of salt
    - 3 tablespoonfuls rum

    Recipe



    Put the eggs, sugar, salt, melted butter and rum in the mixer jug equipped with the kneading accessory and mix for 45 seconds.

    Add the flour and baking powder through the funnel of the lid and continue to mix for a further 30 seconds.

    Bake for 40 minutes at 180° C (360°F)"
