    List of Ingredients




    1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
    1 (14-ounce) package flaked coconut
    1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
    1 cup semisweet chocolate mini morsels
    4 cups (24 ounces) semisweet chocolate morsels
    2 tablespoons shortening

    Recipe



    Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Shape mixture with lighly greased hands into 1-inch balls. (Mixture will be moist.) Place on wax paper; cover with wax paper, and let stand 8 hours.
    Melt 4 cups chocolate morsels and shortening in a large saucepan. Dip coconut balls into mixture, covering completely and allowing excess to drip. Place on wax paper, and chill until firm. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
