    Easter Pralines

    Source of Recipe

    Mars

    List of Ingredients

1 12-oz. bag MILKY WAY® Brand Chocolate Covered Caramels for Easter, unwrapped
1 14-oz. bag M&M'S® Brand Chocolate Candies for Easter
    1 cup finely chopped pecans
    Waxed paper
    21 mini foil cups
    1 cup vanilla frosting
Green, red and blue food coloring
    3 resealable plastic bags
    Serving platter

    Recipe

Melt the MILKY WAY® Brand Chocolate Covered Caramels for Easter in 5-second intervals in the microwave, until they are soft enough to blend. (They should be ready in about 20 to 30 seconds.)
Once the Caramels are cool enough, mold a tablespoon's worth into an egg shape. Repeat, until all the candy is used up.
Distribute the chopped pecans over a piece of waxed paper. Roll the candy "eggs" in the chopped pecans. Then immediately place the eggs into the mini foil cups.
Divide the vanilla frosting between 3 bowls. Using food coloring, tint the frosting blue, pink and green. Spoon the tinted frosting into separate resealable plastic bags. Using scissors, snip a small corner from each bag; then pipe dots and lines over the candies to resemble decorated Easter eggs.
To arrange the eggs into flower shapes, fill a mini foil cup with M&M'S® Brand Chocolate Candies for Easter to create the center, and place it on a serving platter or a plate covered with a piece of colored paper. Then arrange 7 praline eggs for the petals around each of the M&M'S®-filled cups.
    Makes 21 pralines.
