    2 cups granulated sugar
    2/3-cup evaporated milk (not condensed)
    11/2 (18 ounces) Wilton Premium Candy Melts®, white or dark cocoa, coarsely chopped
    1 stick unsalted butter or margarine, melted
    1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
    1 teaspoon Vanilla

    Recipe



    Spray pan with vegetable pan spray and line with parchment paper. Butter paper; set aside. Mix sugar with evaporated milk in medium heavy saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil. Continue boiling 7-8 minutes, stirring often. In a large bowl mix together Premium Candy Melts®, butter, marshmallow cream and vanilla. Pour hot mixture over candy mixture and stir until candy is melted. Pour into prepared pan and refrigerate 3-4 hours or until firm enough to cut and hold shape.
