Milk Chocolate Brandy Balls

List of Ingredients
3 cups (750 mL) vanilla wafer cookie crumbs
5 tbsp (75 mL) brandy
1 pkg (300 g) milk chocolate chips
1 can (300 mL) Regular Eagle Brand®
1 cup (250 mL) finely-chopped nuts or coconut
or
½ cup (125 mL) cocoa
Recipe
1. Combine crumbs and brandy. Set aside.
2. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips. Remove from heat; stir in Eagle Brand. Gradually add crumb mixture; mix well. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes, or chill.
3. Shape into 3/4-inch (1.8 cm) balls; roll in nuts or sprinkle with sifted cocoa. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
