Easy Enchilada Casserole

List of Ingredients
Leftover ground beef or chicken from tacos
· 2 tablespoons onion
· 1 cup of cheddar cheese
· 1 cup of Monterey jack cheese with jalapenos
· 1 can of enchilada sauce
· 2 cans of tomato soup
· Tortilla chips
Recipe
1. Sauté onions.
2. Mix ground beef or chicken with soup, enchilada sauce and onion.
3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Layer beef or chicken mixture, then tortilla chips, and half of the cheeses.
5. Repeat layers.
6. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes.
7. Let stand 10 minutes.
