List of Ingredients
1 cup Blue Bonnet®-stick, (2 sticks)
1-1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 bar (7 to 8 oz.) milk chocolate, cut into chunks
1 cup almond toffee bits
1 cup chopped almonds
Recipe
Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper; set aside.
In large bowl, beat Blue Bonnet with electric mixer until fluffy. Add brown sugar; beat well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, salt and baking soda; beat well.
Stir in chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, toffee chips and almonds. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
Bake 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown and centers still soft. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets; transfer to wire racks. Cool completely.
