    Source of Recipe

    Source: Burt Wolf's Menu Cookbook

    List of Ingredients

    For Pizza Crust:

    1/2 cup unsalted butter

    1/2 cup brown sugar

    1/2 cup granulated sugar

    1/2 teaspoon baking powder

    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    2 large eggs

    1 cup all-purpose flour

    1/2 cup chocolate chips

For Toppings, use all or any combination of the following:

    1/2 cup peanut butter

    1/2 cup mini-marshmallows

    1/2 cup butterscotch chips

    1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

1/4 cup dark chocolate shavings, loosely packed

1/4 cup milk chocolate shavings, loosely packed

    1/4 cup chopped pistachio nuts

    1/4 cup chopped almonds

    1/4 cup coconut flakes

1/4 cup white chocolate shavings, loosely packed

    Recipe

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.

TO PREPARE CRUST: In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and the sugars until smooth. Beat in the baking powder and vanilla. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Beat in the flour. When the mixture is evenly blended, stir in the chocolate chips.

Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. The dough will still be quite soft and lightly browned. Remove the pan and turn off the oven.

TO ASSEMBLE: Using a tablespoon, evenly distribute the peanut butter on top of the pizza crust. Scatter the mini-marshmallows and the butterscotch chops on top. Return the pan to the oven for 10 minutes. The heat should be off.

Scatter the remaining toppings on top of the pizza. Return the pan to the oven for 10 minutes longer.

Cool in the pan on a rack for 30 minutes. Remove the springform rim. Cut into wedges to serve
