DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

1-1/3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Recipe
Melt 1/3 cup chocolate; reserve.
In medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In large bowl, with electric mixer, beat Shedd's Spread Country Crock Spread and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in reserved melted chocolate and vanilla until blended, scraping sides occasionally. With mixer on low, beat in flour mixture. Stir in walnuts and remaining 1 cup chocolate. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and freeze until firm, about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°. On ungreased baking sheets, drop dough by level tablespoons, 2 inches apart.
Bake 9 minutes or until just set on top. On wire rack, let stand 1 minute; remove from sheets and cool completely.
