    List of Ingredients




    3 cups Packed Brown Sugar
    2 cups Real Butter (only)
    4 cups Unsifted Flour
    2 tablespoons Cinnamon
    Some Powdered Sugar to roll cookie dough in
    2 teaspoons Vanilla
    3 cups Chocolate Chips
    2 cups Chopped Nuts (I use walnuts)
    1 teaspoon Salt
    2 teaspoons Ginger
    2 tablespoons Baking Soda
    2 large Eggs

    Recipe



    Cream butter, brown sugar and eggs. Combine flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger. Blend this mixture well with creamed butter, brown sugar and eggs. You will need a heavy mixer or use your hands. Dough will be stiff. Add nuts, chocolate chips and vanilla. Store covered in refrigerator, baking yummy cookies as needed. Our guest need lots! To bake form dough into one inch balls, roll balls in powdered sugar. Bake on cookie sheet at 375, 8-12 minutes depending on you oven. Don't overbake. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on rack. Best eaten warm with milk! Yields approximately 12 dozen yummy cookies. Don't forget the milk. Best eaten in bed!
