    1/2 lb margarine
    1 cup light brown sugar
    3 eggs, creamed well
    3 cups plain flour - sift 3 times
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp soda
    1/2 cup wine or orange juice
    1 lb cherries
    1 lb pineapple
    1/2 lb dates
    2/3 cup raisins
    7 cups pecans

    Recipe



    Put 1 cup flour on fruits and nuts, the other 2 cups in batter. Drop by tsp onto cookie sheet. Bake at 325F for 15-20 minutes or until light brown
