GREEK CRESCENT COOKIES

I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! ®

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup walnut halves, toasted and ground
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
1-1/2 cups confectioners sugar, divided
1 egg yolk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine flour, ground walnuts, baking powder and salt; set aside.
In medium bowl, with electric mixer, beat I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. With mixer on low, gradually beat in 1 cup sugar, egg yolk and vanilla, scraping sides occasionally. Gradually beat in flour mixture on low, then beat on medium 30 seconds or until mixture forms a soft dough. Using 1 tablespoon dough for each cookie, shape dough into crescents, about 3 inches long. On ungreased baking sheets, arrange crescents, 3 inches apart.
Bake 14 minutes or until lightly golden around edges. On wire rack, cool 2 minutes; remove cookies from sheets and cool completely. Sprinkle with remaining sugar.
