    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/3 cup packed light-brown sugar
    1/3 cup butter, cold and cut into pieces
    3/4 cup chopped walnuts
    Filling:
    1/4 cup honey
    1 egg
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
    2 tablespoons milk
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    Topping:
    Fresh fruit slices


    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
    2. Prepare Crust: Combine flour and sugar in medium-size bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives held scissor fashion until crumbly. Stir in walnuts. Press into prepared pan.
    3. Bake in 350° oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Transfer pan to wire rack to cool.
    4. Prepare Filling: Place honey, egg, lemon juice, cream cheese, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat until smooth. Spoon filling over crust.
    5. Bake in 350° oven for 25 minutes or until set. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 16 cookie squares. Top each with slice of fresh fruit.
