    List of Ingredients




    1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
    2 cups brown sugar
    2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    4 cups all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    16 ounces butterscotch chips
    16 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
    4 cups plain potato chips, crushed

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
    In a mixer, beat the butter and sugars until smooth, about 3 minutes. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each egg is added. Beat in the vanilla. With a wooden spoon, mix in the flour, baking soda, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, and potato chips. Drop the batter by heaping tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
