    List of Ingredients

    2 cups butter
    2 cup brown sugar
    4 eggs
    3 tablespoons water
    2 teaspoons baking powder
3 cups orange almond granola, or good granola w/3 tsp. grated orange rind
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
    3 cups chopped nuts
    3 cups raisins
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
    2 cups white chocolate chips
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    2 teaspoons salt
    4 cups flour
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    2 cups white sugar

    Recipe

Blend together butter, and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla and water. Beat until well mixed. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda. Stir into the egg and butter mixture and mix until just blended. Then add both chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, oats and granola. Mix well When well mixed, shape into ping pong or golf ball size and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until just turning brown around the edges. Best when warm from the oven. Dough keeps refrigerated or frozen. Bake them fresh as needed. My cookies were featured once in Family Circle Magazine and Rose Leavy Burandbaum's. "Christmas Cookie Book". In the last year that I had the Babbling Brook Inn over 9,000 cookies were baked for my guests. Enjoy!
