    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm® Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets (2 sheets)
    1 egg
    1 tbsp. water
    6 tbsp. sugar
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces , melted

    Recipe



    THAW pastry sheets at room temperature 30 min. Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix egg and water

    UNFOLD pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Brush with egg mixture. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp. sugar. Starting at short sides, fold pastry toward center, leaving 1/4" space in center. Brush with egg mixture and sprinkle with 1 tbsp. sugar. Fold one side over the other, making 4-layer rectangle. Repeat with remaining pastry sheet.

    CUT each rectangle into 12 (3/4") slices. Place cut-side down 2" apart on baking sheets. Brush tops with egg mixture.

    BAKE 12 min. or until golden. Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire racks.

    DIP half of each palmier into chocolate. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until set. Makes 25 pastries.
