List of Ingredients




2-1/4 cup triple-sifted flour (measure after sifting)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon water
1 egg
2 cups milk chocolate chunks
1 cup pecans, finely chopped


Recipe



Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Sift dry ingredients together. Set aside.
Combine butter, sugar, vanilla, and water. Mix together. Add egg and beat until creamy.
Add dry ingredients; mix well
Stir in chocolate and nuts. Line cookie sheets with aluminum foil, shiny side up.
Drop dough onto ungreased foil 1 inch apart.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown. Let cookies set for a few minutes before removing from sheet.
