1 (18 oz.) tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans, optional
1 CELEBRATIONS® Brand Gift Box .
10 unwrapped DOVE® Dark Chocolate Gifts optional
Plastic sandwich bag, optional
Scissors, optional


Recipe



Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Knead the cookie dough with the flour until smooth.
Divide the dough into 24 pieces. Roll each piece into a 1 x 1-1/2 inch oval. Roll in the chopped pecans to coat, if desired. Place the cookies on an ungreased baking sheet and bake until golden, about 12-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and immediately press one unwrapped CELEBRATIONS Candy into the center of each cookie.
Place the DOVE® Dark Chocolate Gifts in the plastic bag. Microwave in 5-second intervals until the chocolate is melted. Snip the corner tip of the bag and drizzle the chocolate over the cookies, if desired.
Makes 24 thumbprints.
