    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cups (375 mL) graham crumbs
    3 tbsp (45 mL) brown sugar
    1/2 cup (125 mL) butter, melted
    1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand®
    3/4 cup (175 mL) cold water
    1 pkg (175 g) butterscotch pudding and pie filling mix
    3 pkgs (250 g each) cream cheese, softened
    3 eggs

    Recipe



    1. Combine crumbs with sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
    2. Combine Eagle Brand with water. Stir in pudding mix; cook and stir until thickened; set aside.
    3. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in eggs and reserved pudding mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated 325° F (160°C) oven 45-50 minutes or until center is just set. Cool and chill overnight. Garnish as desired.
