100g butter, melted
300g digestive biscuits, crushed
2 x 250g pack cream cheese
100g caster sugar
250ml Guinness
2 x 15ml spoons custard powder
3 medium eggs
½ x 5ml spoon ground cinnamon
5ml spoon vanilla essence
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 180°C, 350°C, Gas Mark 4. Grease and line a 22cm springform tin.
Mix the butter with the biscuits and press into the tin.
Combine the remaining ingredients with a whisk until smooth and pour into the prepared tin.
Bake in the oven for one hour, 10 minutes until firm. Allow to cool, turn out and dust with icing sugar.
Serve with seasonal berries.
