    List of Ingredients




    1 1/3 cup (325 mL) chocolate or graham wafer crumbs
    ¼ cup (50 mL) butter melted
    3 pkgs (250 g each) cream cheese, softened
    1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand®
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup (50 mL) Irish Cream liqueur
    1 tbsp (15 mL) vanilla extract
    ½ cup (125 mL) whipping cream
    1 tbsp (15 mL) Irish Cream
    shaved chocolate

    Recipe



    1. Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch (23 cm) greased springform pan.
    2. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in Eagle Brand, eggs, 1/4 cup (50 mL) Irish Cream and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan.
    3. Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 200°F (100°C) and bake an additional 50 minutes or until set. Cool; chill 2 hours.
    4. Just before serving, combine whipping cream and 1 tbsp (15 mL) Irish Cream; whip until stiff. Garnish cheesecake with whipping cream and shaved chocolate
