    1 6 ounce package NABISCO Zwieback, finely rolled, about 2 cups crumbs
    3/4 cup sugar, divided
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
    2 tablespoons all purpose flour
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    4 eggs, separated
    1 cup light cream or half and half
    Cherry Topping,

    Blend crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter in small bowl. Press on bottom and 2 inches up side of 9 inch spring form pan; set aside. Blend cream cheese, remaining sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl with mixer at low speed until smooth. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in light cream. Beat egg whites in small bowl with mixer at high speed until stiff; fold into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 325F for 1 hour, 20 minutes. Cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Top with Cherry Topping to serve. Serves 12.
