Apple and Blackberry Crumble

1½ Cups Blackberries
1½ Cups Sliced Apple (granny smith)
3 Tbsp Castor Sugar
1 Cup Plain Flour
½ Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Baking Powder
4 Tbsp Instant Oats
100g Western Star Butter, cubed
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 200C. Place the apple, blackberries, and castor sugar in a bowl and sprinkle with a tablespoon of flour.
Place the brown sugar, baking powder, oats and flour in a bowl and mix well. Add the cubed butter and using your fingers, rub together until in forms a breadcrumb like texture.
Place the fruit mixture in a medium small casserole dish and top with the crumble mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with cream or ice cream.
