Banana, Apple and Coconut Crumble

2 bananas, sliced
560g (1 1/4lb) cooking apples, peeled cored and chopped
45g (1 1/2oz) dessicated coconut
100g (4oz) butter
150g (5oz) flour
45g (1 1/2oz) sugar
3 tbsp water
1 1/2 tbsp sugar to sprinkle over the fruit
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°/gas mark 6
Rub butter into the flour or alternatively whiz in a blender. Stir in coconut and sugar.
Fill an oven proof dish with the apples, bananas and water. Sprinkle over 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar and top with the crumble mix.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
