    Exotic Fruit Salad with Grand Marnier

    List of Ingredients




    juice and zest of 1 large orange
    2-3 x 15ml spoons Grand Marnier or orange liqueur
    500g Fresh 'n' Ready Exotic Fruit Salad (i.e. kiwi, grapes, pineapple, strawberries, mango, banana)

    Recipe



    Mix together the orange juice and zest and the liqueur. Pour over the fruit salad and toss well. Chill until required.
    Serve in individual glass dishes with chocolate dipped brandy snaps
