2 organic pears, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
2 organic apples, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
180g pack organic dates, stoned and roughly chopped
1 organic mango, peeled, stoned and roughly chopped
300g organic flour
100g organic muesli
50g organic butter, cold, cut into small pieces
100g organic sugar
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.
Place the fruit into a 20cm square ovenproof dish.
Put all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together until they resemble breadcrumbs. Cover the fruit with the crumble mix.
Place the dish onto a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
