    List of Ingredients




    1 Mrs. Smith's Key Lime Pie, thawed according to package directions
    1/2 cup canola oil
    2 flour tortillas
    3 Tbsp. sugar mixed with 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cherries, pitted
    1/2 cup cherry juice
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    Juice of 1 orange
    4 thin strips of orange zest
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water

    Recipe



    Heat oil. Cut tortillas into thin strips. Fry tortilla strips in oil until strips are lightly brown. Remove strips from oil and place on paper towels. Immediately sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mix and set aside. Heat cherries,cherry juice, cinnamon, orange juice and orange zest in medium saucepan until just simmering. Mix cornstarch and water until no lumps appear;gradually stir into cherry mixture. Continue to heat and stir mixture until thickened. Spoon warm topping onto pie slices and top with tortilla strips.
