Lemon Thin Dessert with Coulis

pack of Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Lemon Butter Thins
3 x 15ml spoons of luxury lemon curd
½ x 250g tub mascarpone
15ml spoon icing sugar
Recipe
1. Take 6 Lemon Butter Thins and spread with 3 x 15ml spoons of luxury lemon curd.
2. Top with ½ x 250g tub mascarpone that has been softened, and finish each with a lemon butter thin, halved.
3. Dust with 15ml spoon icing sugar, then serve on individual plates with a drizzling of Sainsbury’s Summer Fruit Sauce.
