Toffee Banana Pancakes

For the pancakes:
1 quantity basic batter recipe
For the filling:
25g butter
2 x 5ml spoons sugar
4 large bananas, peeled and thickly sliced
4 x 15m spoons Silver Spoon toffee treat syrup
200ml vanilla ice cream
Recipe
Make up the batter according to the recipe for basic batter and cook the pancakes, (keep them warm until required).
Heat the butter in a large frying pan, sprinkle over the sugar and add the banana slices, cook at a high heat until golden brown.
Divide the banana slices between the pancakes cream and fold into four.
Drizzle a teaspoon of toffee treat syrup over each pancake and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
