1 Mrs. Smith's Key Lime Pie
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
2 large mangoes, diced
1 large lime, sliced (optional

Recipe



Remove plastic over-wrap from pie. Thaw pie according to directions on package. Spread border of whipped cream evenly over top of pie and cut pie into 16 slices. Reserve 8 whole strawberries and slice remaining strawberries. Spoon pineapple, in equal amounts, into 8 (8 oz.) parfait glasses. Crumble 1 pie slice over pineapple in each glass and top with sliced strawberries. Crumble remaining pie slices over strawberries; top with mango. Top with whole strawberries, and lime slices if desired.

Makes 8 servings.
