500 g (1 lb.) shredded mozzarella

500 ml (2 c.) water

250 ml (1 c.) sugar

250 ml (1 c.) semolina Recipe
Bring the water to a boil and stir in the sugar until dissolved. When it returns to a boil, slowly add in the semolina, mixing well.
Once the mixture returns to a boil, slowly add in the shredded mozzarella, stirring constantly until all the cheese has been added and is completely melted.
Spread the mixture into a dish and let cool. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
