    3 tbsp. bulgur or cracked wheat
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    2 bunches parsley, finely chopped
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    1 small bunch mint, chopped
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    3 tomatoes, diced
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    1 small white onion, minced
    1 shallot according to Noha
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    A drizzle of olive oil
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Lemon juice
    Juice of three limes according to Noha

    Preparation

    Recipe



    Prepare the bulgur;
    chop the onion or shallot and season with a little salt and pepper;
    add the parsley, mint and tomatoes;
    drizzle the olive oil and the fresh lemon or lime juice over top;
    mix all the ingredients together
