    List of Ingredients




    1/2 Lb Chicken breasts (boneless and skinless,sliced)

    2 Cup Veg.Oil

    1 Green pepper (cut into 1/2 inch square)

    1/2 Cup water chestnuts

    1/2 tsp Salt

    1/2 tsp pepper

    1 tsp Hoisin sauce

    1/4 tsp Cornstarch

    1 Cup raw cashew nuts

    1 Egg

    1/2 Cup Cooking wine



    Recipe



    1. Have cashew nuts fried with 1/2 cup vegie oil under low heat (changes color to gold will be fine).

    2. Marinate chicken breasts 30 minutes in salt, pepper, cornstarch, cooking wine and egg.

    3. Heat wok hot & dry. Add 1 cup oil. When it's just beginning to smoke, add chicken, green pepper & water chestnuts, stirring 1-2 minutes.

    4. Take them out.

    5. Add 1/2 cup oil to wok & add hoisin sauce. Cook 1-2 minutes or until thickened slightly.

    6. Add nuts, chicken & vegetables, stirring everything together until well coated with sauce.
