Greek Shrimp Kabobs with Feta Bread

Shrimp and Veggies can also be broiled without being skewered
Heat broiler and spray broiler-pan rack with garlic-flavor nonstick seasoning spray.
In a bowl, toss 1 lb peeled, large raw shrimp, 1 medium zucchini (cut in 16 bite-size chunks), 8 cherry tomatoes and 1/4 cup bottled vinaigrette dressing; let stand 5 minutes.
Meanwhile cut a loaf of French bread in half lengthwise, then cut each half in 4 pieces.
Coat with garlic-flavor spray, then sprinkle with 1/2 tsp dried oregano and 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese.
Thread shrimp and vegetables on eight 10-in. skewers and place on prepared rack.
Broil 3 minutes, turn kabobs over and add bread to pan.
Broil 2 minutes until shrimp are cooked through and bread is golden.
