Grilled Salmon w Rice & Oriental Salad

1 1/2 cups 10-minute seasoned garlic and butter flavor rice (from a 14-oz bag)
4 pieces (about 5 oz each) salmon fillet
Nonstick spray
1/4 tsp salt
1 bag (12-oz) Oriental salad kit (with crunchy noodles and sesame Oriental dressing)
Recipe
1. Bring 2 1/4 cups water to a boil. Add rice and cook as directed on bag, omitting butter or margarine.
2. Meanwhile heat barbecue grill or ridged grill pan. Lightly coat salmon with nonstick spray; sprinkle with salt.
3. Grill salmon 5 to 6 minutes per side until cooked through.
4. Arrange salad on serving plates. Top with salmon, sprinkle with noodles and drizzle with dressing. Serve with the seasoned rice.
