Grilled Shrimp Pico de Gallo

List of Ingredients
6 large fresh shrimp, grilled, diced and chilled
Pico de Gallo, recipe below:
1 tomato, 1/4-inch diced
1/2 white onion, 1/4-inch diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeño, minced (with or without seeds)
2 Tbs. cilantro, finely chopped
1 Tbs. lime juice
1 Tbs. olive oil
salt to taste
salt and lime to taste Recipe
For shrimp:
Preheat grill. Make sure grates are lightly rubbed or brushed with oil. Season shrimp with salt. Grill shrimp on each side until fully cooked. Let cool.
Pico de gallo:
Combine all ingredients and let marinate for about 30 minutes. Season with salt and lime juice to taste
