List of Ingredients
/2 lb. fresh water fillet
1 tsp. salt and pepper (each)
2 tbsps. soft margarine
1 small bunch fresh
dill/escallion tops
2 tbsps. whole grain mustard
2 tsps. honey
2 tbsps. orange juice
Recipe
1. Wash fillet, pat dry. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
2. Heat frying pan. Add butter and fish, and cook for about 1 minute.
3. Combine escallion, honey, mustard, orange juice.
4. Pour over fish. Cover and simmer 23 minutes or until fish is tender.
Makes 2-3 servings.
