Pan-Roasted Tuna Steaks

4 - tuna steaks, about 5 ounces each
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 - juice of lemon
Recipe
1. Season the tuna steaks with salt, pepper and lemon juice then drizzle with olive oil.
2. Place a sauté pan large enough to accommodate all the steaks over medium-high heat. Add the tuna and lower the heat to medium. Cook until well-browned on one side, about 4 to 5 minutes. Turn the tuna over and cook 2 to 3 minutes more.
