    Salmon and curry kebabs

    List of Ingredients




    800g (about 2 lb) fresh salmon
    - 20 large prawns
    - 2 lemons
    - 1 tsp curry powder
    - 1 tsbp melted butter
    - salt, pepper

    Recipe



    Cut the salmon into 3cm (1 inch) cubes and the lemon into wedges.

    Thread the ingredients alternately on the skewers, starting and finishing with a prawn.

    Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with curry powder.

    Add seasoning and cook for about 15 minutes
