    Three vegetable monkfish curry

    Casserole function :
    800 g monkfish;
    300g courgettes;
    300g carrots;
    300g turnips;
    2 shallots;
    200ml white wine;
    200ml fish stock;
    2 tbsps curry;
    1 tbsp oil;
    salt;
    pepper.

    Recipe



    Clean monkfish, dry it and cut it into 8 equal pieces. Cut the courgettes, carrots and turnips into thin strips. Peel the shallots and chop them finely. Heat oil in Astucio at position 3. Brown the pieces of monkfish, still at position 3, remove and put them aside. Brown the vegetables and chopped shallots in Astucio then add white wine, fish stock and curry. Simmer for 35 mins at position 2 then add pieces of monkfish. Add salt, pepper and simmer again for 20 mins at position 2. Serve immediately.
