Try putting some artistic effort into creating your meals. Food presentation is important and can turn a ho-hum meal into something spectacular.
List of Ingredients
2 1/2 pound shrimp, medium
2 medium garlic clove(s), minced
2 tsp ginger root, minced
2 tsp lemon grass, finely chopped
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp hoisin sauce
2 tsp honey mustard
4 medium scallion(s), chopped
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Recipe
Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact.
Combine marinade ingredients in a large glass bowl. Add shrimp, cover and refrigerate for several hours.
Soak 6 thin wooden skewers in water. Remove marinated shrimp from refrigerator and pierce with sticks to make kebabs.
Grill or broil shrimp until pink and tender.
