    1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp table salt
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    3/4 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA (R) No Calorie Sweetener
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
    2 large ripe banana(s) mashed
    1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup fat-free egg substitute







    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix first three ingredients. Cream other ingred. in another bowl. Mix together. Bake in PAM sprayed muffin tins for 15-17 minutes.
