    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 egg
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon McCormick® Dill Weed
    1 teaspoon McCormick® Minced Onions
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease or line 12 standard-size muffin cups with paper liners. Set aside.

    2. Sift flour, baking powder, dill weed, salt and baking soda into large bowl. Set aside. Beat egg; stir in milk, cottage cheese, oil, and minced onion in a small bowl. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not overmix.

    3. Spoon into prepared muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of muffin comes out clean. Remove from pan immediately.
