    3/4 cup milk
    1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
    1 egg
    2 cups flour
    2/3 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon grated orange peel
    1 tablespoon orange juice
    1 1/2 cups diced frozen peaches
    3/4 cup chopped walnuts

    Streusel Topping
    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    3 tablespoons soft butter

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray pan with vegetable pan spray. Beat milk, margarine or butter and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt just until flour is moistened. Fold in orange juice, orange peel, diced peaches and chopped walnuts. Divide mixture in 12 cavities. Top with approximately 1 tablespoon streusel mixture and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.

    YIELD: Makes 12 muffins.
