Fettuccine w Herb Cheese & Spinach Sauce

List of Ingredients
1 pound fettuccine
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium sweet red peppers, seeded and sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pound fresh spinach, stemmed and washed, and torn into pieces
1 package (4 ounce) garlic and herb flavored spreadable cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheeseRecipe
Cook pasta following package directions.
While pasta is cooking, prepare sauce. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add sliced peppers and garlic. Cook 5 minutes over medium high heat.
Add wet spinach, cover and cook 2 minutes or until spinach is wilted.
Stir in the cheese, salt and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted.
Toss cooked pasta with cheese and spinach sauce. Stir in grated cheese and serve immediately
