    1 jar (17 oz) Alfredo pasta sauce
    1/2 cup 1% lowfat milk
    2 cups each thawed frozen broccoli florets and asparagus pieces
    1 cup thawed frozen peas and carrots
    1 jar (6 1/2 oz) roasted red peppers, cut in strips
    8 no-boil lasagna noodles (from an 8-oz box)
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 350°F. Have ready a 9-in. square baking dish.

    2. Stir sauce and milk in 1-qt measuring cup until smooth. Mix vegetables and roasted peppers in large bowl.

    3. Spread 1/2 cup sauce mixture over bottom of baking dish. Top with 2 noodles. Spread 1/2 cup sauce over noodles, covering noodles completely (this is important). Top with 11/2 cups vegetable mixture and 1 Tbsp cheese. Repeat layers 3 times. Cover with foil.

    4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until noodles in center of dish are tender when pierced.
