List of Ingredients
400g Penne Spaghetti
1 tablespoon Olive Oil or Allowrie Ghee
2 garlic cloves, crushed (or 2 teaspoons of minced)
½ cup semi sundried tomatoes, drained and sliced
150g Feta Cheese, cubed
½ cup pitted Olives (Kalamata)
½ cup fresh torn Basil Leaves
2 teaspoons Western Star butter
Salt & Ground Black Pepper to taste
30gm Perfect Italiano Parmesan Cheese shaved. (use a vegetable peeler to shave).
Recipe
Cook the Pasta as per pack instructions or until al dente.
Drain pasta.
Heat oil in a large frying pan, over medium heat
Add Garlic fry until golden brown.
Add Pasta, tomatoes, feta Cheese, olives, basil, butter and Salt & Pepper
Toss gently over low heat for 2-3 minutes or until pasta is heated through
Serve immediately topped with Parmesan Cheese
