    Rotelle with Chicken Bolognese Sauce

    1 lb rotelle
    (spirals or twists)
    1 lb ground chicken
    1 Tbsp bottled
    chopped garlic in oil
    1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
    2 cups bottled marinara sauce
    1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes in juice
    1 can (7 1/2 oz) caponata (eggplant appetizer)

    Recipe



    1. Cook pasta.

    2. Meanwhile place a large, deep nonstick skillet over high heat. Add chicken, garlic and rosemary and cook, breaking up clumps of chicken with a wooden spoon, 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

    3. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook 2 minutes or until hot. Drain pasta, return to pot and add sauce. Toss to mix.
