Spaghetti wPancetta, Shrimp& Mushrooms

List of Ingredients
1 lb spaghetti 450 g
1/2 cup olive oil 125 ml
6 oz pancetta, sliced thin 185 g
1 cup Portobello
mushrooms, sliced 250 ml
12 oz. peeled, de-veined
shrimp 370 g
2 tbsp garlic, chopped 30 ml
2 tbsp chopped parsley 30 ml
1/2 lemon (juiced) 125 ml
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
cheese 125 ml
salt and pepper,

1. Cook spaghetti in the T-FAL Perfection Dutch
Oven according to package directions. Drain and
keep warm.
2. Heat T-FAL Perfection skillet on medium heat. Add
olive oil, pancetta, garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add mushrooms and shrimps. Sauté until
shrimps are cooked. Add lemon juice and parsley.
4. In a large bowl, mix the contents of skillet, the
pasta and the Parmesan cheese. Season to taste.
Serves 6.
